Services

Aiden Marcotte provides business automation services, including workflow automation, CRM automation, SMS and email automation, AI automation, integrations, and related consulting. The specific services provided are set out in each client's written proposal.

Customer Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing timely access to the tools, accounts and information needed to build and operate the agreed workflows, and for the accuracy of contact data used in messaging.

Payment Terms

Setup fees are due in full before work begins and are non-refundable once work has commenced. Monthly service fees are billed in advance. Either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice. Specific fees and schedule are as set out in each client's written proposal, which takes precedence over these general terms.

Cancellation

Either party may cancel ongoing services with 30 days' written notice. Fees already incurred remain payable.

Acceptable Use

Clients agree to use our services and any messaging systems lawfully, including compliance with applicable telemarketing, SMS and email regulations and carrier requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the services is limited to the fees paid for the services in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for outages or changes in third-party platforms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles.
